I forgot my trading account password. How can I retrieve it?

1- Login to your portal. 

2- Click on "Manage" on the left side then select "My Accounts". 

3- Click on "Account Info"  

4- Click on "Request Type" (select change account password). 

5- Enter the new password 

6- Click on "save"
